In the following agreement, the following is agreed upon:

“Myths & Trips”, organizes small group excursions of specific duration in locations of the Peloponnese for 4-6 pax.

What the company offers, among others, are the following:

• Pick up and drop off of clients at hotel, airport, port
• Transfer to all points of interest
• Accomodation in the traditional, stone house VytinaHouse with all the amenities, electricity, hot running water, bed linen, towels, toiletries, basic food items
• Planning of one-day trips, assistance in booking tickets etc.

Not included:

• Meals
• Tickets to museums, archaeological sites, wineries etc.
• Tours

The client is obligated to:

• follow the “company’s” instructions for the duration of the tour.
• respect VytinaHouse and leave it in the state they found it when they arrived upon their departure.

Once the  client makes a reservation through experience.vytinahouse.gr, he/she is obligated to make an advance payment of 40% of the amount agreed upon and 3 days before the start of the Tour the client must pay the remaining amount. Payment can be made through bank deposit or PayPal charge.

In the event of a payment not being made in full within the agreed deadline, the tour is cancelled and the advance payment is not returned.

Should the client choose to participate in extra activities (hikes, tours, meals, rafting, winery visits), he/she pay for them.

The Company, representatives, and contractors are not liable and will not provide refunds for any events which are caused as a result of acts of God or Governments, war hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil strife, labor dispute, strike, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, theft, epidemics, medical or customs regulations, technical or administrative problems with transport, closure of airports, breakdown of machinery, adverse weather conditions, water shortages or any other occurrences beyond the immediate control of Omega Travel and which, despite all due care being taken, could not have been avoided.

Prices are based on known costs at January 2022 and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on The Company tours site are per person unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

What the prices include: This is specifically stated on each tour web page.

Unless stated, gratuities to guide, driver, personal items, lunches and drinks. Gratuities are at your discretion and are really appreciated if given.

We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees’ negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost. We do not own or manage the, ships, vehicles, accommodation and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof. Baggage is at owner’s risk throughout the tours.

In case of force majeure, The Company reserves the right (without guarantee) to offer substitute services. If no substitute is available, or the substitutes offered are not accepted, no refunds will be given.

The Company reserves the right, without notice, to withdraw from the terms and conditions of use and to prevent user access to the website.

The terms and conditions of use have been prepared and should be interpreted under the laws of the Greek Republic except for the International Private Law. Any controversy deriving from or related to the validity, interpretation, application, implementation and/or termination of these terms and conditions of use or access to services by experience.vytinahouse.gr will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Athens.
